Bank will send SMS notice 30 days prior to expiry of validity period of card on the registered mobile number of the customer. Customer to utilize the balance amount on the card or get the funds transferred to a new card before card expiry. Post the expiry date banks can forfeit the remaining outstanding balance towards service fees.
For disputes raised by customers for Prepaid Card, the customer has recourse to Banking Ombudsman Scheme for grievance redressal.
